Description
As well as the M Check, I perform a full bolt check on the bike, making sure everything is tightened to the manufacturers specifications. I'll assess the function of your brakes and if necessary adjust them so they are safe. Finally I’ll make sure it's safe to ride. Specific attention will be given to the following
M Check
· Visual Inspection of Front Wheel, Handlebars, Pedals & Crank, Chain, Seat Post, Rear Wheel, Lights, Reflectors & Bell.
Appropriate manufacturers torque settings for:
· Handlebars
· Brake Lever
· Gear Lever
· Stem
· Rim Brakes
· Brake Calipers
· Pedals
· Crank
· Front & Rear Derailleur
· Seat post & Saddles
Brake Check
· Brake lever check & adjustment if required
· Brake check (whether disc, rim, Coaster & drum) & adjustment if required
· Wear identification on rims, disks & pads
